I’ve been here 3 times now and I will keep coming. Every time I come here, they are always kind, cordial, and always try to make it affordable — within reason. I paid more for my oil change at Valvoline. They are efficient and make great coffee!

I was so shocked at the service I received at this brakemasters. I just couldn't believe what I was being told.
It was Friday afternoon, about 4:30, I had just finished my shift and noticed I had a flat.
I tried putting air but nothing.
I didn't have a choice but to ride with the air it had, home.
I'm leaving the parking lot, but driving towards the light I see a brakemasters in the same mall I'm working at.
I pull in to see if they could check my tire.
I was greeted by a young man, I explain about my tire, he replys, saying how they do not take care of anything tires, I immediately lose hope when he surprised me and in the breath, he asked me if I had a spare, I said yes, he says we can change the tire and get you home safe.
I said yes please.
After my car was checked this was more complicated.
They realized the tire was not flat. The rod that holds the tire in place was missing the bolt that holds it.
They got to work. Now this is a place that does Not do tire work.
I say they, there were 2 other gentlemen there a total of 3 guys that would not let me go unless I was safe.
As I sat there waiting, I was thinking about all the financial hardships happening in my life right now just knowing this would be the icing on the cake.
After 1 hr passed I was handed my keys and said all fixed. It was that missing bolt so easy but so dangerous!
I walked over to the counter where my first gentleman stood. I asked him how much do I owe.
His reply put me in tears.
These 3 gentlemen, wow, just couldn't imagine seeing me drive the car like it was, all dangerous.
He said to me . ..
Please you get home safely, I asked how much again, he said don't you dare.
As I started crying again, he walked around the counter and gave me a very well needed hug. Said you get yourself home safe.
I was like he new financially I'm drowning.
These 3 employees, are nameless, as I was so emotional I forgot to ask any names at all. So I'll be specific.
It was Friday, 4:30pm on March 20.
These men had one intention, and that was to make sure I got home today.
As I drove this morning I asked to please just give me a break.
I got it. A real good break that after so much bad happening in my life lately, a random act of kindness from not just 1 person, 3!
They need to be recognized, their empathy was overwhelming.

Haven’t driven my WRX in 3 months because of this annoying squeak in the brakes I couldn’t figure out. Curtis had an idea of what it might’ve been and the crew there made it happen. Our A/C and monitor got broken in their premises after we had our vehicle fixed for different concerns but when we went back to tell them about it a day after, they made us look like we were just making them up. Michael in the front desk even talked to us in a rather insulting way about it. He offered to have our new problems fixed with discounts but of course, why would we when we knew for a fact that we did not have them in the first place. Now, we have more/bigger problems from the original ones we went for and the shop just told us in the end to see the dealership to have them fixed.
We thought the store manager was trying to intervene or help and be accountable, but he explained that the problems must have happened between the time after we left the vehicle to them and before they touched it. What? We were an avid customer of theirs until this happened.
