Our A/C and monitor got broken in their premises after we had our vehicle fixed for different concerns but when we went back to tell them about it a day after, they made us look like we were just making them up. Michael in the front desk even talked to us in a rather insulting way about it. He offered to have our new problems fixed with discounts but of course, why would we when we knew for a fact that we did not have them in the first place. Now, we have more/bigger problems from the original ones we went for and the shop just told us in the end to see the dealership to have them fixed.
We thought the store manager was trying to intervene or help and be accountable, but he explained that the problems must have happened between the time after we left the vehicle to them and before they touched it. What? We were an avid customer of theirs until this happened.

Every time I stop in, the guys at this Break Masters have been very helpful no matter what car problems or questions I have. When Discount Tires wanted me to wait over an hour to fill a tire with air, I stopped at Break Masters in hopes they could help and true to form, they pulled the car in and five minutes later my tires had air and were safe to drive again. It’s nice to know there is still a place where customer service means what it used to.

I had a great experience here at Brake Masters #224. I had a "conglobobulation" of problems. Cassie sorted them out for me, and made necessary recommendations (my brake fluid was 300+ppm). She showed and explained to me the test results (like a pool water test strip). Eric was very helpful when he made some recommendations on how to resolve a computer issue. They were very pleasant and professional. It is clear that they work well together and enjoy their jobs. I will be back again in 6 months.

Peoria Brake Masters has been servicing my family's vehicles for the last five years for oil changes, brake replacement, flush and almost every service except for a full transmission replacement - for that they referred me to a transmission specialist in Surprise. Recently, another major company opened a new store closer to our home so we decided to get an oil change to try out their service. To make a long story short, the oil plan cracked during the oil change and the shop claimed the drain plug was screwed too tight by the previous oil change. Upon arrival at this other shop, I immediately called the Peoria BrakeMasters explaining the situation. Without any hesitation or push back, Peoria BrakeMaster said they would send a tow truck and replace the oil pan at their shop.
Peoria BrakeMaster could have easily refused to repair, but they recognized the value of a long term customer and replaced the oil plan and did an oil change all at NO charge. Needless to say, we will NOT be taking our vehicle to that competitor, but continue to take our family's vehicles to Peoria Brake Masters like we have been for the last 5+ years.
BIG thank you to Store Manager Eric Erickson and the team at Peoria Brake Masters for taking care of this repair and most importantly seeing the value in long term customer loyalty. See you at the next oil change!!
