Break Master serviced our vehicle. I was told that it wouldn’t be completed until the following day. However they completed the work within the first day and I received my vehicle. The most honest car repair place in Maricopa!

I went there expecting to probably have some type of repair, I had a plastic cover thing hanging from my vehicle, and I thought it was possible that there might be damage to my vehicle, even though it didn’t feel like anything was wrong, and all they told me was that there was a screw missing that they replaced for free and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle! Most car repair places have a bad reputation for lying to customers about repairs, but not this place you can trust them, and I will be going back, they’ve earned my trust after just one visit!

The lobby had very comfortable seating with a USB charger in the wall socket to charge my phone as I waited for work to be completed. Very nice touch. Juan was efficient and generously applied a coupon on my behalf without my request. Much appreciated.

Went for an oil change last week after my Cadillac Dealer told me they couldnt get me in til the following week. I called that morning the gentleman said come in at 1p. Not only did they finish in an hour but gave me a honest analysis of what else needed to be done and when. While I sat there, I listened to the calls coming in the store. They were welcoming and kind. Never changed their tone. That was impressive! Then one mechanic was getting off as I was leaving and they all said goodnite to him with fist bumps🫣. Thats family. I will be going back for sure...Thank you Brake Masters Maricopa☺️

I was traveling and there was a knocking noise by my passenger tire. I stopped there, they figured out the problem, gave estimate, saved me $500 by fixing something instead of replacing it. I was on my way the next day! Very kind, courteous and excellent service.! I would recommend them to anyone!!

It was a wonderful experience! The associate informed me of everything that needed to be done to get my air conditioner working and what the cost would be. And also advised me of potential work that might be required and the cost associated with it. Praise the LORD there was no additional work required and my air is nice and COLD!

Quality work and people you can trust. It’s not often that you find a place you can trust and that backs up their work. My family has come to find that when you want things done right you gotta go to the best. Brake Masters has earn that badge and my family has come to rely on brakemasters for every job needed. They will service your vehicle and recommend services needed, but won’t push you against the wall. It’s your choice if you want your vehicle in top notch shape, and their job is to service what you request, but they also recommend what your vehicle needs. You can choose to drive it ‘till the wheels fall off, or do what you can to maintain it based on their recomendations, but it is really your choice. Just know you can count on them when the time comes to get that service done.

Brought my car in for a basic oil change and inspection of my car. Not only were they friendly and personal as I dropped the car off, but the oil change and inspection was done very quickly. While I passed on the recommended issues, they did not push or try to oversell anything. Thank you again!

Overall excellent experience. I arrived for my appointment that I made online and then they accepted the coupon that I had without any problem. They took my vehicle in as I arrived and had the work completed Within a very reasonable timeframe. I would very much recommend them for maintenance on your vehicle.
