I called Brake Masters after the dealership quoted me a very high price to replace my brakes. Brake Masters was significantly more affordable, but what impressed me the most was the honesty.
Jose told me they would first inspect the brakes to make sure they actually needed to be replaced instead of simply doing the work because the dealership recommended it. I also had my oil changed and tires rotated while I was there.
After the inspection, Jose let me know that my brake pads were actually fine. He explained that the squeaking was due to the quality of the brake pads, but there was no need to replace them unless the noise bothered me. I greatly appreciate that kind of honesty, especially when they could have easily told me I needed new brakes and charged me for something I didn't need.
Jose was absolutely amazing, professional, and honest throughout the entire experience. We own a small business and have several work vehicles that regularly need maintenance and repairs, so I'm extremely happy to have found a trustworthy shop that's also closer to us than the dealership.
Brake Masters is officially our new place for our vehicles. Again, a huge thank you to Jose for the outstanding service. It's great to find an honest business that truly takes care of its customers!

Man I come to this place all the time whenever I need some kind of service or my cars and trucks looked at they are a very friendly staff and also the front desk people Reuben and Jose are very awesome and down-to-earth and very honest I highly recommend this place and will not be going to any other places unless they recommend them

Jose was on break when I walked in no appointment for an oil change (appointment needed due to high traffic) and took less than an hour. If you show respect, the same is given and he didn’t have to take me at the time, but still did and I appreciated it so much. Thanks for the quick service and generosity!!
