Went to get brakes repaired, unfortunately this was the forth time for the same issue.{ not at this shop} I originally hade the work done at a different Brake Masters they were unable to fix the squeaky front brakes {3 Times no change}. So I decided to go to a different shop they replaced the brakes pads and rotors but still squeaky. At this point I don’t think they are able to fix not sure why it such a problem. Great shop very nice guys good prices. Still will use for my maintenance work.

I have to say I've never been to a brake shop or repair shop where it truly felt like the manager and mechanics were really there to honestly help the customers. I did not have much money left after paying my rent but my brakes started to make a grinding sound at least I believed it might be the brakes. I really wasn't sure what was making that sound. I did not want to drive my car in this condition so I started looking up brake places. I found this place Brake Masters and looked at the reviews and they were all majority five stars and good reviews. They all said that this place does honest work and does good business. I also saw that they do free inspections and estimates. I decided to stop by and see what they can tell me if it was the brakes or something else. I walked into the store and was greeted by the manager Jose who was extremely friendly and nice. I told him what kind of noise my car is making and he told me that they do free brake inspections and that they can take a look at it and see what's wrong. He told me it would take 20-30 minutes to sit down and have some coffee or some water free for customers. They were so quick it took maybe 10 minutes. The mechanic Tommy came out explained what he saw. He said my front brakes were like brand new but the noise is coming from the back brakes and he showed me the brake pads how they were extremely worn down to the metal. It was metal on metal which was causing the noise. Then I went to speak with Jose and he told me what the total cost would be for labor and everything. I did not have enough money for the repair until I get paid in 2 weeks. I asked if he had some kind of payment options and unfortunately he didn't but he did give me several other options that we can do. He was able to replace my brake pads and shave my rotors for a very good price and even added a discount to help me out. He made it safe for me to drive for even up to a year without the noise or messing anything up until I can come in and do the other part which was a good price as well. Both men have families as well and understand that sometimes there's some tough times or people are short on cash. They both believe in honest work !! Jose and Tommy, I totally felt that you really cared and wanted to help me. This place definitely does good business, has friendly and knowledgeable service and does honest work!!! Well, I have up to a year to save up but will be back once I get paid to do the rest. I also see that they do more than just brakes, they are a full auto motive repair shop as well. I definitely will recommend to my friends, family and others to check out Brake Masters!!!
