We were on our way to LA from East Valley when one of our tires tore on the I10. we took the exit and pulled in next to the store just as they closed. The manager and another gentleman were closing down. As I was waving from the other side of the window, they opened the shutter without a second thought. They were super nice and changed our tire. Also helped wrap up the old tire safely and loaded it in the car. They refused any payment and wished us to have a safe trip. We were able to make alternate plans to continue our trip. The kindness of the two gentlemen is so refreshing and made our trip interruption less painful. If we lived in this area, this would have been our go to auto shop .. strongly recommend this location for anyone

Oil change service as a walk in and requested if they can check all fluids were sufficient which they agreed. Received Good service and employees were welcoming . My daughter's car hadn't been driven since her husband began health issues 2 years ago which led to his demise 11 mths ago. Now she needed to get it ready for the road as a back up car since their children are ready to drive.
Employee Vance gave us suggestion from his inspection that the car had a gas leak problem. Which he implied the urgency to have the fuel pump replaced as the most important of the 3 issues found from their inspection. We thanked him for the information and agreed the car not to be driven until we can have it fixed. I'm glad that Vance's inspection of the car went further than just checking the other fluids after the oil change. Very appreciated service.
