Break Master serviced our vehicle. I was told that it wouldn’t be completed until the following day. However they completed the work within the first day and I received my vehicle. Due to an object on SR-347, I ended up with a hole in my gas tank — a very expensive fix. I worked with Jennifer and James while handling my insurance claim, and they were both incredibly helpful. Jennifer in particular was so supportive and kind. I was on the verge of tears a few times, and she reassured me, let me know about available coupons and payment plans just in case, and kept me updated throughout the process. I just want to say thank you for the compassion and customer service during such a stressful situation!

The most honest car repair place in Maricopa! I went there expecting to probably have some type of repair, I had a plastic cover thing hanging from my vehicle, and I thought it was possible that there might be damage to my vehicle, even though it didn’t feel like anything was wrong, and all they told me was that there was a screw missing that they replaced for free and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle! Most car repair places have a bad reputation for lying to customers about repairs, but not this place you can trust them, and I will be going back, they’ve earned my trust after just one visit!
