I needed a tire alignment and saw that Brake Masters had great reviews—so I called and set up an appointment like a responsible adult. But of course, on the very day I needed to go… boom, flat tire. Classic. I called to reschedule, and get this—both Richards at the desk (yes, two Richards, double the kindness) were super understanding and got me in the very next day. Everyone there was incredibly nice, didn’t judge me for my tire drama, and had me in and out in about an hour and a half. The price was great too—no emotional damage to my wallet. I’ll definitely be back next time my car throws a tantrum.

Brandon in the front counter was very transparent with what my 2007 Impala needed. Being a retired mechanic I understand what my vehicle needs or if it doesn’t, so I really appreciate his transparency with what my vehicle needed. Even though it took a while for the parts to get to the service center. They did a great service on my Jaguar. I’m sure it was just a fluke. It was the delivery driver that was running late. The staff is very friendly and the manager was very apologetic for the delay. I will definitely go back for future services for my Jaguar & Hummer.

So, my car’s AC compressor decided to spontaneously combust (not literally, but it might as well have), and I took it to Brake Masters, where I met Jose—the absolute king of not ripping people off. Dude wasn’t trying to upsell me on replacing half my car. He didn’t look at me with that mechanic’s gleam in his eye like I was a walking bag of money ripe for the shaking. No, Jose actually fixed my AC compressor without pitching me unnecessary repairs like I was signing up for a multi-level marketing scheme.
Now, contrast that to Big O Tires, where they took one look at my car and said, “Yeah, bro, we’re gonna have to rebuild the entire air conditioner, rotate the moon’s orbit, and replace your soul. That’ll be $10,000.” Absolute clowns. Every interaction felt like they were legally required to vacuum my wallet clean before letting me leave.
Brake Masters, on the other hand? Efficient. Straightforward. Human. Jose was like the friend who helps you fix your car but actually knows what he’s doing instead of guessing and making it worse. No price-gouging, no thinly veiled corporate robbery—just solid mechanical work. This man deserves a raise, or at least a gold-plated wrench or something.
So yeah, Brake Masters is where you go if you don’t want to financially spiral after a routine repair. 10/10, would let them touch my car again.
