The store manager, Tara, took great care of me and my time. Upon my desperate call for a new battery at 9am, she made sure she had the one for my car in stock within an hour. Upon my arrival, as promosed, it was installed and my car inspected for any other issues was completed within 30 minutes. For an extra $20, I have a 5-year all inclusive nationwide warranty on my new battery. Thats amazing considering batteries rarely, if ever, last that long in AZ. This store is new, clean and comfortable to spend 30 minutes of my day.

I was charged what was advertised. I did pay extra for an additional filter. It was $25. One of your competitors wanted to charge me $80 for the same thing. Obviously, I did not pay that and came to you guys. You folks did a good job. Thanks.
