Spring Cleaning And Maintenance Tips For Your Car And Truck

Image and video hosting by TinyPicWith April in full swing, a lot of people like to open the windows and clean their homes.

We’re here to tell you that you should not forget about your car or truck in April.  It too needs to be cleaned and it needs maintenance as well.  Here is what you need to know.

  • Check the Fluids: If it’s been awhile, have the fluids in your vehicle checked out.  Have mechanics take a look at the coolant, brake fluid and windshield washer fluid during your next Phoenix oil change.
  • Get the Battery Checked: This is especially important in warm climates where batteries wear out faster.  Go to the mechanic to get your battery tested this spring before summer arrives.
  • Get the A/C Checked: It’s likely that your car’s air conditioning system has not been running for several months.  If this is the case, you’ll probably want to get it inspected.  In some cases, you may need Sacramento air conditioning repair.
  • Clean Your Car or Truck: Finally, you’ll want to get your car or truck cleaned from top to bottom.  A lot of times, people will forget or avoid cleaning the interior of their vehicle during the colder months.  Take some time to thoroughly vacuum and dust the interior of your car or truck.

Following these four tips will help get your car or truck ready for summer.  You’ll have a cleaner vehicle that also runs more efficiently.
